Advice for potential client's
I am a quaIified hypno-psychotherapist, which takes up to 1800 hours at masters degree level to qualify. A normal hypnotherapy course takes 450 hours at a basic level. When you look at other therapists websites, please take that difference into account. I honestly believe I offer the best value for money therapy around the East Midlands, I am passionate about helping my clients succeed however they need to. My advice on how many session's are needed, is based on past experience of getting a permanent solution to a problem -it is not a number I just want to get you through the door with. I know from experience that just 1 session for smoking cessation is effective for over 95% of clients. I have helped many clients achieve milestones in 1 or 2 sessions but I cannot guarantee that for everyone. As a successful and ethical therapist I know how to treat a condition quickly and effectively, i want to help you get the results you want! I get a very high rate of referral's from past clients, and I do not treat any client of mine for longer than is necessary.
Many therapists will gladly tell you what you want to hear - some people claim that they can treat this or that in just 1 or 2 sessions - hypnosis is very powerful and relatively quick compared to most other forms of therapy - but no one should make these sorts of guarantees. If something seems to be too good to be true then it probably is. For many people however, it is the only solution to a problem they may have had for most of their lives, which nothing else has helped with, I have helped many people using my skills, and it really has transformed them and their families lives.
My current fee's are £50 per session for all problem's except smoking cessation which is currently £110. My fee's reflect the fact that I have been trained at probably the world's longest running school of hypnosis and psychotherapy, my location, and also my experience of around 8 year's, during which I have helped many people rebuild their lives or turn them around completely! Also you should consider why people travel so far to see me.
