How to reach the clinic-
Sat Nav – the postcode is correct but there is no house number, so look for the reservoir opposite. Follow the signs for the Fizzio Fit Wellness Centre. DO NOT go to the big house on the right, go a little further up the drive and enter the small car park to the right, outside the wellness centre.

By public transport – there are bus stops at the bottom of the drive, & 200 yards along the road. Bus services 91 and 92 link Derby Bus Station to Midland Railway – Butterley (200 Yards away) every 30 minutes Monday to Saturday. Services 40, 41, 44 and 45 link the Derby rail and bus stations every 7 minutes Monday to Saturday. Call 0870 608 2608 or go to www.derbysbus.info for details.

By car: from the A38 Southbound, take the exit for Chesterfield. Take the 1st left on the roundabout towards Swanwick, and follow that road past the church on your left, then down the hill for another half mile you will see some blue signs for the wellness centre. Turn left up the private drive and follow the signs to the top.

From J28 M1, take the A38 towards Derby and follow the directions above.

From the A38 Northbound, take the exit for Alfreton (Chesterfield), follow the roundabout right round turning for Swanwick then keep on that road for approximately 1.5 miles, and turn left up the drive where you see the signs for the wellness centre.

From Alfreton, follow the road to Swanwick, then go down the hill and turn left up the private drive where you see the blue signs for the Fizzio Fit centre.
