Definitions:

“The Client” The receiver of therapy sessions
BUSINESS DESCRIPTION
Ripley Hypnotherapy offers therapy using hypnosis, counselling and psychotherapy but also using elements of other influential therapeutic interventions. Sessions last around an hour and the frequency of sessions can be discussed at the onset of therapy. A free consultation is offered to all clients. To complement this we also offer pre- recorded cd’s for sale which can be used to help stop smoking, lose weight, beat anxiety, driving nerves and also general relaxation.
1. THERAPY SESSIONS
If you do not give at least 24 hours notice of your desire to not attend the therapy session then Ripley Hypnotherapy reserve the right to keep the booking fee or charge you for the session - unless the appointment can be given to another client, in which case no fee is payable.
2. PAYMENT: All orders must be pre-paid prior to despatch. Invoice terms for wholesale customers will be agreed individually. A booking fee of £20 is usually required for most therapy sessions.
2a. TITLE OF GOODS: For wholesale invoices the goods remain the property of the company until cleared payment is received in full.
3. VAT: All prices shown on the web site are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
4. COPYRIGHT: The contents of our website are protected by copyright laws. Images and information from the website may only be used by prior agreement with Ripley Hypnotherapy
5. DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCTS: Whilst we endeavour to make sure that the specification and description of our products is as accurate as possible we reserve the right to make changes which by no means affect the quality or performance of the products offered.
6. DISCLAIMER: The products offered on our website to promote your well being and aid relaxation. No statement/claim should be construed that the products offered on our web site are intended for cure, prevention or diagnosis of any medical condition or disease. If you are suffering with any ailment/illness or condition and are unsure we recommend that you check with your GP.
7. LIABILITY: The Company cannot be held responsible for the misuse or incorrect use of any goods. All users of our products do so at their own risk.
8. PRIVACY POLICY

TELEPHONE ORDERS
Orders placed by telephone – To process an order by telephone, your name, address, contact phone number, order details and credit card details are typed into the computer by us, only to enable your order through a secure third party who process your payment. At no time are any of these details written down, stored or saved in any way shape or form. This information is never shared with any other person or party.
WEBSITE ORDERS
When an order is placed through the website, we only see your name and address and contact details and use this to expedite the delivery of your order. We may store this information for future reference in the event of an order getting lost in the post or not arriving for any other reason. This information is never shared with anyone else.
COLLECTION
We do not accept collection of orders.
COMMUNICATION
At the start of therapy sessions or when placing an order you will be asked for a primary contact number or e mail. By agreeing to our terms and conditions you allow us to contact you by this method. We will only contact you by phone or e mail if there is a problem with your order or if a session of therapy needs to be rearranged.
As previously stated, no information other than name address, and contact details are stored and no other persons have access to this information- only employees of Ripley Hypnotherapy. If you feel any of the information we hold about you is incorrect please notify us in writing and if necessary it will be corrected.
9. DELIVERY POLICY
Goods are delivered the next working day but please allow 7 working days for delivery. We only offer 1 type of delivery that is Royal mail 1st class. We only deliver to mainland UK addresses, and a tracking number will be sent to you upon postage of the goods. All items will be delivered to the address given by the Buyer at the time of ordering. We cannot be held responsible for undelivered orders when the address information given in incorrect or incomplete. All parcels will be despatched within 24 hours (except at weekends and on bank holidays). All goods will be despatched by first class post.
**On receipt of your goods any discrepancies or damage must be advised within 7 days. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this. Undelivered goods in the UK must be advised within 14 working days of ordering.
10. RETURN/REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

11.GENERAL: All sales are subject to these terms and conditions and no others shall apply. Placing an order on our web site or by phone constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions of sale. We reserve the right to make alterations or update our Terms & Conditions as necessary. All alterations will apply as soon as changes are made.
